Dear Faculty, Students, & Parents:

     It is with great PRIDE and excitement that I welcome you to the 2015-2016 school year! It is my sincere pleasure and honor to serve you as your Principal of this remarkable school - Edinburg High School, "A Tradition of Academic Excellence and the Home of the Fighting Bobcats!"

      As a Principal, there is no other place I  would rather be than here, with my BOBCATS!  EHS is an amazing school, with rich traditions  and superb academic achievements, strong  athletics, fine arts, and student leadership. We define each other as Many Bobcats, with One Heart Beat and practice saying Stay Classy & always true to the RED & BLUE!

 Edinburg High School is...one of four comprehensive public high schools in a city of 48,450 located in one of the lowest income metropolitan areas in the United States. Edinburg, Texas is located approximately 10 miles from the Mexican border. Edinburg High School has an enrollment of approximately 2200 students, with an ethnic mix of 95% Hispanic, 4% White, and 1% Asian / Pacific Islander. The teaching faculty numbers 175 certified faculty, with 35% holding advanced degrees.
